GALLERY HOURS
During exhibitions, MAP is open Tuesday-Saturday from 12 PM-4 PM.
We are closed on Sundays & Mondays.
Please note that our gallery is closed between exhibitions and during installation periods. Visit our exhibitions page for each show’s opening and closing dates to plan your visit and avoid arriving while the museum is closed.

Admission is FREE!
Maryland Art Place (MAP) offers free admission to our exhibitions with the exception of ticketed events. Donations are appreciated and help advance our nonprofit mission of fostering creativity, supporting artists, and engaging audiences through contemporary art.

Our building is easily accessible by public transportation, with the Lexington Market and Centre Street Light Rail stops just a few blocks away.
PARKING
Our gallery is centrally located with plenty of nearby street parking, as well as several public parking lots and garages. Parking spots can be reserved in advance through SpotHero and other applications.
